Join us for Yoga in Prospect Park! We’ll practice together under the changing leaves 🍁 Let’s take advantage of the warm weather while we still can! 🌞 Class will be open to ALL levels. Suggestions will be offered for beginners & more experienced practitioners. Invite friends, family, neighbors! ✨ Bring your own mat & water! I will have 2x extra mats for people to borrow, as well as yoga blocks, and straps - 1st come, 1st served Class will run roughly 75 minutes, with time for some mini tarot readings for whoever wants to stick around afterwards! 🧙‍♀️🔮 We will meet at the location pointed out in the maps/images attached below- just north of Parkside avenue & the Parade Grounds, in a clearing between the south side of Prospect Park Lake, and the bike path. About my practice & teaching style: I’ve been practicing yoga for 15 years, and just received my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification from Kripalu in the Berkshires! I am so excited to start teaching donation-based classes for the community out in nature! I believe yoga is for EVERY BODY. My goal is to make class accessible to bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Yoga is a tool come back home to your body, and to move through life with more ease and gratitude. I’m so excited to share the benefits of yoga with you! If you’re not feeling well, please sit this one out and rest up!
