Strike up the excitement and head back to 1899 with me through the high-energy, dance-filled world of Disney’s Newsies! On June 10th, I’ll be screening the beloved 1992 cult classic that follows a group of scrappy newsboys as they rally together to fight for what’s right. Inspired by a true story and powered by a rousing score from Alan Menken, Newsies delivers unforgettable songs, thrilling choreography, and a heart full of rebellion. Join us at The Triad Theater for a night that celebrates grit, brotherhood, and the power of a good headline. This isn’t just a movie — it’s a movement! As we immerse ourselves in this fantastic performance, I kindly ask everyone to be respectful of fellow viewers. Please remember to keep conversations and noise to a minimum. Don't be that person! :) Feel free to bring along your favorite snacks to enjoy during the show! However, please note that I won't be providing popcorn this time around. The bar will be open as well, so you can purchase a variety of drinks and snacks offered by the Triad Theater!
