Co-founding a co-living house is easier and more joyous than founding a house alone.
I founded by first co-living house with my husband (then-boyfriend) but we knew we wanted a third co-founder and didn't have any friends who were in the right life circumstances to found with us. Instead I tweeted into the void: https://twitter.com/Prigoose/status/1219304724203069440
@choosy_mom DM'ed me, we got tea together and became fast friends, and 8 days later we had signed a lease 😎. That house became The Rabbithole: https://supernuclear.substack.com/p/the-story-of-rabbithole-case-study
That house no longer exists (we all left SF), but we're still friends with @choosy_mom and he's the one who convinced us to move to NYC in the first place; he lives down the hall from us!
It is my firm belief that you don't need a long-term pre-existing friendship to start a house, you just need to be aligned on vision and values.
At this event, we'll work through some exercises to think through what your ideal co-living house looks like, and share in a group to find potential alignment.
If you already have someone you'd like to co-found a house with, you're still encouraged to come. The exercises will be helpful for you too, and we'll help you move forward on logistics.
