PAL Wellness In The Park for Creatives
Spend an afternoon in the park with your fellow creative community as we tend to our wellbeing!
Hosted by wellness practitioner Hannah Bowers and energy healer Zeraphina Quenby, we'll be exploring mindful movement, meditation, journaling, and sound healing together.
No previous experience in meditation or wellbeing practices is required. All you need is to come with an open heart and desire to practice self-care :)
