This is the PERFECT way to end + integrate LA Tech Week by meeting new people, and reflecting on how you want to carry forward all the magic from the week. Best Morning Ever is run by leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker, Meredith Baker.
Come with:
a journal
a pen
a towel for yoga
a swimsuit if you want to ocean dip after
layers (it starts chilly but then gets HOT!)
We will also be serving Troop adaptogenic gummies and Holy Cacao ceremonial cacao.
