In times of division and conflict, art becomes more essential than ever. Join us for a meaningful evening supporting work that counters destruction with creativity and brings light to dark places. Concert & Fundraiser featuring composer Sahba Aminikia Sahba founded the Flying Carpet Festival—a mobile arts festival bringing music, circus, and theater to refugee communities along the Turkish-Syrian border. In a world too often defined by what tears us apart, this festival builds bridges through shared humanity and art. Watch his TED talk: https://rb.gy/g2pmc8 The Evening: 7:00pm - Presentation with visuals from communities served by the festival 7:30pm - Live musical performance 8:00pm - Community reflection and music Support This Essential Work: Though Sahba has been able to secure funding through his generous private donors, recent federal funding cuts of the arts threaten this vital work. There is a suggested donation of $20-$50 (or whatever feels generous) to help bring art and healing to vulnerable communities. Those with greater means are especially encouraged to join the circle of committed supporters who understand the irreplaceable value of this work. You can't make it to the HH, consider donating online: donate.flyingcarpetfestival.org Art is the antidote to destruction. Your presence and support matter.
