Sahba founded the Flying Carpet Festival—a mobile arts festival bringing music, circus, and theater to refugee communities along the Turkish-Syrian border. The Evening:
7:00pm - Presentation with visuals from communities served by the festival
7:30pm - Live musical performance
8:00pm - Community reflection and music
Support This Essential Work:
Though Sahba has been able to secure funding through his generous private donors, recent federal funding cuts of the arts threaten this vital work. There is a suggested donation of $20-$50 (or whatever feels generous) to help bring art and healing to vulnerable communities. Those with greater means are especially encouraged to join the circle of committed supporters who understand the irreplaceable value of this work.
