Featuring Orane Abézis is the Design Director at B&B Italia USA based in New York City. With over 15 years of experience in the world of design, Orane actively partakes with various women lead organizations to celebrate and elevate women in the design and arts field. Dawn Delikat is the Executive Director at Pen + Brush, a 130-year-old publicly  supported not-for-profit fighting for gender equity in the arts.
