Originally, SWCBD invited Aaron to give a talk on the subject of "How to Get Respect for Your Neighborhood" following the wildly divergent treatment of a Chinatown transitional housing project versus our experience in SOMA. Now that he has announced his candidacy for mayor, the CBD is no longer the most appropriate venue. Huge thank you to DECANTsf for opening their doors on a Monday when normally closed!

We will still ask Aaron to address how we can get some respect from City Hall for SOMA, but the format will be less fireside-chat and more open forum/Q&A.
