Meet the Candidate: Aaron Peskin

As the longest serving official in City Hall, his reputation proceeds him. Come join us for a meet-and-greet and Q&A to hear directly his diagnosis of the current state of San Francisco and how he would govern as mayor. Originally, SWCBD invited Aaron to give a talk on the subject of "How to Get Respect for Your Neighborhood" following the wildly divergent treatment of a Chinatown transitional housing project versus our experience in SOMA. We will still ask Aaron to address how we can get some respect from City Hall for SOMA, but the format will be less fireside-chat and more open forum/Q&A.
