A Night of Stories: Transform

Hello cherished friends! I'm Liv and it's my birthday month. ;) I wanted to celebrate a little differently this year...have you ever heard of The Moth? The Moth is a non-profit organization founded in 1997 designated to the art and craft of storytelling. Moth Stories are told live without notes, and in front of audiences across the country. Moth Stories must be true, and more than anything, The Moth's mission is to honor and celebrate the diversity and commonality of the human experience. Instead of having a classic throwdown Leo season birthday party, I wanted to have a night of Storytelling Moth Style. We have an amazing lineup of wonderful storytellers AND a phenomenal musician that have agreed to share their talents and tales with us. The theme for our stories is Transformation, and I will be your host for the evening. All we ask of YOU, our audience, is that you bring an open heart, eager ears, a willingness to shower vulnerabilities with love, and perhaps a small blanket to sit on as we will be gathering on my rooftop in Bushwick! Doors are at 7pm! Stories begin at 8, please don't be late. Please RSVP so I can have a count on people for refreshments. We have a max cap of 80 people, so first come first serve. After stories, we will hang but not rage! Bring your chill libations of choice. It is a week night after all ;). I am so excited to bring all of you together to ultimately uplift and celebrate each other. Let's be respectful, loving, totally cheesy, and extremely kind (not only to all friends and storytellers but also to my Bushwick apartment)!
