✨Join us for this very special experience where a team of 20 people will be supporting and guiding you through a ceremonial group energy work experience.
Each co-facilitator is a Cohort #2 graduate of The Art of Energy Work - a multi-month attunement based training designed to cultivate the gift and medicine within each person.
R&R combines these elements for a unique ceremonial experience
- intentional space setting
- embodied/somatic movement
- breath and energy work
