Tea time @ solarc brewing is an opportunity for the community to imbibe bespoke Chinese teas brewed in the traditional gongfu style. Puerh is an aged & fermented tea from Yunnan province in southwest China. Known for its health benefits, puerh tea has an enduring popularity that still is quite nascent here in the west. Adam is a 16+ year student of Chinese tea culture and has poured tea to thousands of folks at various events, retreats, workshops & tastings. $25 suggested donation for triple tea flight w/ light snacks.
