Description of event:
Subtle Sounds & Tea is a restorative & meditative evening outside.
We will share a calming herbal tea of plants local to our Southern California bioregion while live, ambient music is played by musician Soulnate. Fostering deeper awareness and a connection to nature.
Materials to bring: Anything you need for your comfort in meditation. Additional layers for warmth, bolster, pillow.
