Let's show kindness and compassion to those in need. 🙏 THE CEREMONY 7 to 7:30pm - With Luis Costa Cacao offers a unique opportunity for self-reflection and inner exploration. It can be a beautiful experience to reconnect with yourself and others in a sacred, communal setting. Participants often enjoy the calming effects of cocoa, which can induce a feeling of calm, improving focus, increasing creativity, improving mindfulness and promoting emotional well-being. Cacao contains compounds that can elevate mood, leading to a feeling of relaxation and greater awareness, which can aid spiritual growth and self-discovery. Cacao consumption ceremonies, often in liquid form, promote the opening of the heart, aim to guide individuals through a journey of self-discovery and deeper connection, often in an environment that promotes relaxation and introspection. Cacao activates blood flow and helps the brain to have more clarity about emotions that have remained stagnant and left your vision grounded for a long time. SOUND HEALING 7:30 to 8:30pm With Livia Wippich, Denis Souza and Péa Borba Sound healing with crystal bowls and ancient instruments has been used for centuries as a powerful tool for meditation and healing. The use of sound vibrations has a profound effect on our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, helping to balance and align our energy centers. Crystal bowls are made from pure quartz crystal and produce a rich, resonant tone that can resonate with our chakras, or energy centers. By listening to the tones of the crystal bowls, we can create a deep sense of relaxation and peace, allowing for a meditative state to be achieved more easily. Ancient instruments such as Tingsha, chimes, and Rain Stick have also been used for healing purposes. Sound healing works by entraining our brainwaves to the frequency of the sound, promoting a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. This allows for deeper meditation practices and can aid in the healing process on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
