**WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY**  by ENTERING FIRST AND LAST NAME in the space provided below, and thereby signing this Agreement, Guest acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions:  THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the undersigned guest/attendee and SKYTRAYNE & JMIC, its employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives (collectively referred to as "Event Organizers" or "Organizer") for the event known as BOW2BOW.  Assumption of Risk: Guest understands and acknowledges that attendance at the Event, which will take place on 12/21/2024 at EVENTS AT VENICE (1450 OAK st Los Angeles CA 90015), may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or damage to personal property. Guest voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.  Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest hereby waives, releases, and discharges Event Organizers, the Venue, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, and any other parties associated with the Event from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, suits, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or in any way related to:  - Any injury or harm suffered by the Guest while attending or participating in the Event, whether occurring at the Venue or elsewhere. - Any theft, damage, or loss of personal property during the Event. - Any alcohol consumption or intoxication related to the Event. - Any illegal activity engaged in by the Guest, including but not limited to drug use, underage drinking, or violation of laws during the Event.  Alcohol Consumption and Personal Responsibility: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend the Event and/or consume alcohol. By attending the Event, Guest represents that they are at least 21 years old and will be responsible for their own alcohol consumption. Event Organizers do not assume any responsibility for any injury or harm related to alcohol consumption. Guest agrees to drink responsibly and acknowledges that they may be removed from the Event if they appear intoxicated or disruptive.  Prohibited Behavior: Event Organizers retain the sole right to refuse entry or remove any Guest from the Event for any reason, including but not limited to:  - Violation of this Agreement. - Disruptive or illegal behavior, including intoxication, drug use, harassment, or damage to the Venue. - Failure to comply with Event Organizers’ instructions or Venue rules and policies. - Any form of violence or implied violence (no weapons of any kind are allowed in the event space).  Guests who are removed from the Event for any of the above reasons will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.  Damage to Property: Guest agrees to reimburse Event Organizers and/or the Venue for any damage caused to the Venue, its property, or the property of any third parties (including other guests, staff, or performers) by the Guest, whether intentional or accidental, during the Event.  Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, the Guest must contact the Event Organizers directly. RSVPs through the Partiful invitation will only be honored after payment has been made in full.  Conduct and Compliance with Laws: Guest agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations while attending the Event. Guest acknowledges that any violation of local, state, or federal laws or any disruptive conduct may result in immediate removal from the Event without a refund.  Indemnification: Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizers, the Venue, and their respective agents, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with any of the following:  - Any breach of this Agreement by the Guest. - Any illegal, negligent, or reckless conduct engaged in by the Guest during the Event. - Any claim brought by another party arising from the Guest’s actions or behavior at the Event.  Photographs and Recordings: By attending the Event, Guest consents to the use of their image, likeness, voice, and/or statements in any photographs, video recordings, or other media captured at the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.  Miscellaneous Provisions: - This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. - If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.   By typing first and last name in the space below, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Waiver and Release of Liability.
