This month’s book is What Can I Bring? by Casey Elsass. He will be at the event to answer any questions about guest-ing!
HOW IT WORKS:
1. We each cook 1 (or more) items from the cookbook — please claim a dish in the Google doc.
2. We gather and eat!

**you don’t need to own the cookbook, i can share specific recipes OR the book can be found at the library. If you are not able to access the book, the publisher may provide a PDF copy of the book upon request. DM me on instagram or substack @stephh_lau or if any questions or concerns.
By attending cookbook club, you agree to treat other members of the community with respect.
Events may be photographed and/or recorded. By participating, you consent to such recording and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness. Cookbook club hosts and participants shall not be held liable for any illness or reaction to foods you choose to consume.
Only RSVP if you are able to attend. The cost is non-refundable should you choose not to participate after RSVP-ing.
