This gathering is an invitation to begin the year with intention—by slowing down, creating space, and orienting ourselves before the year accelerates.
On Friday, we’re inviting anyone who’s willing to fast in a way that feels meaningful to them—from a meal, a day, a habit, or a distraction. The goal isn’t performance, but presence.
On Saturday morning, we’ll come together to break the fast over breakfast and coffee, share a short time of prayer and reflection, and set the tone for the year ahead.
