The Art of Power Talking Circle

Join us for an epic talking circle featuring Gayle Kabaker (8 time New Yorker cover artist), Alyse Nelson, (Co-founder, President & CEO of Vital Voices, a global non-profit organization that invests in women leaders who are solving the world's greatest challenges) & Ariela Suster,(founder of fashion brand, Sequence Collection). This talking circle will be integrated into the opening of the Gayle Kabaker Exhibition ‘Power + Joy’ at Pen+Brush. Come experience the very FIRST NYC showing of many of Gayle’s portraits painted for the visionary @assouline book ‘Vital Voices: 100 Women Using Their Power to Empower’. Stacey Yael will be hosting the talk featuring Alyse, Gayle, Ariela & joined by Dawn Delikat (Executive Director of P+B) as we spotlight many of the diverse voices from the book & other trailblazers.  Exhibition Opening 6:00-8:00pm Talking Circle 6:45-7:30pm In the midst of this summer’s media blitz around the #gretagerwig @barbiethemovie (exploring a more multifaceted view of femininity), let’s get together for a live talk among real women about “THE ART OF POWER”.
