The topic of dating and love is top of mind for many; however, each conversation on the topic feels abstract and often with no clear articulation of what the problem is (if there is one at all)
Are you interested in exploring the deeper implications of love and connection in our modern world?
Join us for an evening of thoughtful dialogue and inquiry as we gather to discuss the evolving nature of romantic relationships and their impact on society. In the spirit of Socratic questioning, we will explore fundamental questions such as:
"How should we define 'love' and 'relationships' in the context of today’s world?"
"In what ways are societal changes—such as technology, cultural shifts, and economic factors—transforming the way we form and sustain relationships?"
"What are the key challenges and barriers identified in recent studies that impact the longevity and quality of romantic relationships?"
"Based on current research, should we consider redefining traditional concepts of love and commitment to better align with contemporary realities?"
This is not about finding immediate answers but about engaging in a collective exploration of the issues at hand. We’ll start the evening by defining key terms, examining relevant statistics, and considering what we should pay attention to in this evolving landscape.
No prior philosophical/research background is needed—just a willingness to engage in respectful, open-minded discussion, whether you are passionate about the topic or simply curious.
