Garden of Forking Paths

Presented by FractalU's upcoming Archipelago Project Lab (https://bit.ly/archipelago_nyc) --- In this workshop, we will journal about & discuss our relationships with ambitious projects & life paths. Then we will actually take actions toward them! Example questions: "What would you do if you knew you couldn’t fail?" "Vinny the mafia guy will shoot you unless you write down the *actual* projects of your dreams in the next two minutes. Vinny can tell if you’re lying. What do you tell him?" "Looking back from the end of my life, what actions will I be proud to have taken in the next year, even if they involved risk or the possibility of failure? What related actions can you do in the next 10min?" The overall flow: 1. Intros 2. Agency & constraints: reflect on one's sense of what's possible 3. Dreams/visions/seeds: things one is pulled toward or can build from 4. Implementation: brainstorm concrete projects 5.
