This will be our most special event yet, as we celebrate a shared holiday among our Chinese and Korean cultures. Join us for an evening of festive flavors, featuring an elevated 5-course family-style dinner crafted by Chef Tristan, paired with 4 Anju-curated wines that will be flowing all night. Expect dishes such as Gai Tong, Steamed Fish, and Tuna Carpaccio - showcasing Tristan's Chinese-American roots and the flavors of NYC. His culinary journey reflects a rich tapestry of flavors and influences, with cooking deeply rooted in his heritage and shaped by the vibrant diversity of cuisines and cultures he’s experienced in NYC. About Hana Makgeolli // @hanamakgeolli Hana Makgeolli is a Brooklyn-based producer of artisanal Korean rice wines. By using only organic rice and traditional brewing methodologies, we craft makgeolli with complex flavors that showcase the rich depth of Korea’s sool tradition.
