The world is witnessing an unprecedented level of forced displacement, with over 250 million people displaced due to factors like conflict, persecution, and environmental changes. This complex crisis is projected to increase by 6.7 million people by the end of 2026. As the number of displaced individuals grows, so do the social, economic, political, and environmental challenges faced by both those displaced and the communities that receive them.
