We’re getting together to bid farewell to heirloom tomato season in a way we only know how. We're talkin' Heirloom tomatoes straight from Back Home Farms, PLT's (prosciutto lettuce tomato) and MLT's (maitake mushroom lettuce tomato) 🍅🍄🤌 Chef Jay, founder of Hera, is firing up the binchotan grill, crisping up prosciutto and mushrooms right outside of Regina’s in the LES. He’s also scheming up a surprise side dish & dessert 🤫🌽 Natural wine pairings by Filomena Selections 🍷 While we're gonna be feasting on PLTs & MLTs, we’re not forgetting about those in need.
