Spooky season is upon us! To celebrate, we are reading The October Country by Ray Bradbury, a collection of short stories Stephen King once described as “The Dubliners of American Gothic.” Be ready for twist(ed) endings, ominous imagery, and uncanny characters. As always, all are welcome to bring a +1 and hang out, even if you didn’t do the reading. Bonus points for forming extraordinary opinions on no basis whatsoever. I’ll have cider mulling and autumnal baked goods at hand, but feel free to bring something to share! To enter my building, please come to the entrance facing the State Capitol. Text or call me at 7169495106 and I’ll buzz you in.
