Class will be open to ALL levels. Suggestions will be offered for beginners & more experienced practitioners. Invite friends, family, neighbors! ✨
Bring your own mat & water! I will have 2x extra mats for people to borrow, as well as yoga blocks, and straps - 1st come, 1st served
Class will run roughly 75 minutes, with time for some mini tarot readings for whoever wants to stick around afterwards! 🧙♀️🔮
We will meet at the location pointed out in the maps/images attached below- just north of Parkside avenue & the Parade Grounds, in a clearing between the south side of Prospect Park Lake, and the bike path. Call/text/comment below if you need help finding us!
About my practice & teaching style: I’ve been practicing yoga for 15 years, and just received my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification from Kripalu in the Berkshires! I am so excited to start teaching donation-based classes for the community out in nature!
I believe yoga is for EVERY BODY. My goal is to make class accessible to bodies of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Yoga is a tool come back home to your body, and to move through life with more ease and gratitude. I’m so excited to share the benefits of yoga with you!
