We're excited to bring you a flavorful Disco Sunday flow with more dancing and more time to connect, play, and build together.

There’s no formal movement warmup. Instead, we invite you to arrive early, drop into your body with chill music, and ease into the space. From there, we gather in circle, let the music move us, and build something connected and grounded in our community building.

This isn’t just a dance party—it’s a remembering of joy, of resistance, of being alive together. A place for BIPOC and/or QUEER communities to come together in bliss and depth.
