Black folks, it’s time to rest and rejuvenate. Join us for a night of nurture and self care at this spa in Koreatown. Imagine soaking in community. IYKYK.
One of your co-hosts will be waiting to greet you outside the spa between 6:00PM-7:00PM to provide you with your ticket. Your ticket includes general admission.
At 7:15PM there will be a welcome circle for beginners to this experience. It’s a great opportunity to mix and mingle. The spa does have Korean food available for purchase.
There will be no refunds for missing the ticket pick-up window, so please be timely. There is valet parking for $5 (cash only) available at the spa but ride sharing is encouraged.
What to bring:
Bring your toiletries. All your fancy soaps. Wash cloths. Lotions. Shea butter. Think lavish bath time. NO BATHBOMBS! (Nothing to put into the pools) A change of clothes is also a good idea. Some people bring books, or a blanket for a nap.
Be advised: We’re actively making this a safer space by practicing safety in numbers. Nudity is required in the pools but you are allowed to wear underwear and binders outside of the pool. Unfortunately, the spa is still gendered. Please choose whichever side will make you feel most comfortable. We will have people on all sides. The goal is to rest in community and we will be doing just that.
