Call for Artists - Spring Showcase “Bloom"

The Spring Showcase "bloom" invites participants to dive deeper into their growth, nurturing and inner child through interaction with various projects and artworks. This is an open call for creatives who would like to display works of art surrounding this theme. The attendee signup will open shortly! Signup link for show and tell - https://partiful.com/e/UPn65Po6Zxk179mgGGJT? ~What artwork can be shown?~ Poetry, painting, performance, music, dance, video, sculpture, print - anything is welcome in any stage of completion. Putting out creative work that’s in progress itself is an act of courage and growth and we want to invite people to share and experience this showcase together. If you need additional equipment like speakers or projectors to showcase your project, we’ll need your help arranging that and can help get you set up the day before ~ What is the submission deadline? ~ We request that you submit a request to get on the list with your projects by March 1 so we can plan logistics accordingly. ~What’s the process?~ Submit your RSVP with what you need for your exhibit and we’ll get back to you shortly with any follow ups and a confirmation after figuring out how your piece can fit in the showcase. ~ What can I expect from the event? ~ Here's some photos from the last showcase: https://photos.app.goo.gl/hWApcaSd3btAYh2d8. It’s a safe and conscious space focused on being raw and vulnerable with whatever stage of creation people are at instead of focused on presenting a finished and polished project. Our larger showcases like this one serve as a space to share more polished projects, celebrate each other's work, and give our artists an opportunity to share their art with a wider audience.
