This 9-course tasting menu is Chinese, Taiwanese, and Indonesian inspired, featuring: Javanese Jasmine Tea with fruit & nuts Deviled Tea Quail Eggs Tofu Puff & Glass Noodle Soup Spicy Kabocha Squash & Shitake Wontons Hand-Pulled Noodles with Spicy Cumin Lamb Blistered Long Beans with Garlic Steamed Ginger Scallion Striped Bass Taro Sago Dessert Soup Kue Semprong (Indonesian Fortune Cookie) As we enter the Year of the Wood Snake, we hope these takes on traditional dishes will bring luck, longevity, wealth, and health.
