Superbloom Discovery is a mindfulness, movement, and music experience blending several recovery modalities with breathwork, dynamic stretching, and dance in a social and connective setting. ​​Doors open at 5p. The evening will open with a social hour to connect with friends and enjoy our 'Kava Hana' tea and 'Fungtion' Mushroom bar to enjoy your own uplifting and mood enhancing elixir. At 6p we’ll gather for an intention setting and 20 minute breathwork flow to ground into the space and connect with our bodies and breath. From breathwork, we’ll lead into a dynamic stretching workshop with Courtney Miller that will get us moving and more deeply connected with the space and the music, setting us free to dance and play into the night. Plus Prince Street Pizza Party! ​• TEA AND ELIXIR BAR ​The tea and tincture bar will be open all night with delicious kava tea from Kava Hana, plus functional mushroom tinctures and elixirs from Fungtion. Each of the blends have been intentionally curated to accentuate and deepen your experience throughout the night. ​• RECOVERY LOUNGE Normatec compression boots and red light treatments are also available all night. (Sign up at the door - first come first served). ​• THE VENUE We're hosting this experience at a beautiful private rooftop deck with ocean views, on Main Street in Santa Monica. This experience is designed to take us from day to night as we enjoy the sunset, then dance around the rooftop fire pit. ​• ENHANCEMENTS This is an alcohol free party. Plant medicine will be welcomed but not provided. We ask that, whatever journey you choose, it is intentional and adds to the joy of the experience, while maintaining the feeling of safety for everyone.
