This workshop offers a space to explore your vision for life through reflective writing, arts & crafts, and guided meditation. Together, we will engage in open dialogue, pose thoughtful questions, and identify pathways to feeling grounded, connected, safe, and supported. We acknowledge that our healing and growth are collective processes nurtured through creativity, shared experiences, and community care. You are welcome to bring all of your emotions—your hopes, fears, joys, and heaviness. This is a free, inclusive workshop for anyone willing to connect with their creativity in a safe and confidential community.
