Visual Artist Spotlight

May 16th is your date with Bushwick's C5BK gallery for the Visual Artist Spotlight event! Calling all visual art creatives - photographers, painters, illustrators, and more - for a night of mingling and showcasing your art to fellow enthusiasts! Start time: 5:00 p.m. Introductions & Gallery Visual Artist Spotlight: 7:15 p.m. Visual art "open mic" End time: 9:30 Mingle after! Drinks available! GALLERY Up to 12 artists get to display their masterpieces on provided tables. Feel free to bring your own art stands to jazz up your display! Regular art stands are available. Please note you will be sharing a table with other artists and we ask that you be respectful and kind. This is about meeting new people and sharing our passions! There is a total of 12 GALLERY ARTIST slots. More slots available if you can provide a table. DM me @allieihg on Instagram if you'd like a slot! 3-5 pieces can be displayed per person depending on space. You are able to bring more prints and pieces as long as it remains in your allotted space. This can be in bins under the table, etc. AUDIENCE: Please venmo $5 and comment audience. I will get in touch to confirm! There is no seating for the gallery portion. BYOB & drinks available for purchase. SPOTLIGHT Up to 18 artists get the chance to flaunt their skills in a thrilling visual artist open mic session. Each artist has 7 minutes to create art on the spot for the crowd! Please DM directly for any questions and confirm performance set. AUDIENCE: There are roughly 35 seats available for the Visual Artist Spotlight performance! Please venmo $10 and comment audience. I will be in touch! All artists are allowed and encouraged to sell their pieces at this event!
