✨set in a salt cave, this sound bath combines sonic frequency’s with the cleansing and restorative effects of salt therapy.
this is a complete immersive experience, as the purified air works to clear your respiratory system and reduce inflammation, vibrations from the singing bowls wash over the body calming the nervous system for a deep meditation.
✨you have the option to choose between experiencing this bath in a zero gravity chair or on a yoga mat.
✨the zero-gravity chairs allow your body to recline in a weightless position, easing tension in the spine and joints.
✨ for those who prefer a more grounded experience, laying on a yoga mat allows you to fully connect with the salt in the cave and it’s energy.
✨booties are required within the cave and will be provided upon arrival for $2. if you have your own, you are welcome to bring them.
