Join us for our March Womenâs Parkour Meetup at Urban Evolutionâa friendly, welcoming space for all skill levels! Whether youâre just getting started or have been training for years, this is your chance to move, connect, and celebrate with an amazing community.

đ 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM | Womenâs Parkour Meetup (all levels welcome!)
đ 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM | Open Gym (ages 9+)
đ Special Bonus! Urban Evolution will be selling some well-loved parkour equipmentâvault boxes, trainers, and matsâso you can take home a little piece of history!
đ¨ A Historic Moment! After March, Urban Evolution will be fully embracing our new name as MindShift Gym and completing their move to a new facility. This is the last parkour jam we will ever host as Urban Evolution and at our Cherokee Avenue location. This space holds so many memories, and weâd love for you to be part of this final sendoff.
đ But this isnât goodbye! Womenâs parkour meetups will continue in the future at various locations, both indoor and outdoor. Stay connected for more opportunities to train and grow with the community!
This event is donation-based, with multiple pricing options. You can also donate at the front desk if you feel inclined.
