Join us for our March Women’s Parkour Meetup at Urban Evolution—a friendly, welcoming space for all skill levels! Whether you’re just getting started or have been training for years, this is your chance to move, connect, and celebrate with an amazing community. 💪 Schedule: 🕜 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM | Women’s Parkour Meetup (all levels welcome!) 🕝 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM | Open Gym (ages 9+) 🎉 Special Bonus! Urban Evolution will be selling some well-loved parkour equipment—vault boxes, trainers, and mats—so you can take home a little piece of history! 🚨 A Historic Moment! After March, Urban Evolution will be fully embracing our new name as MindShift Gym and completing their move to a new facility. This is the last parkour jam we will ever host as Urban Evolution and at our Cherokee Avenue location. This space holds so many memories, and we’d love for you to be part of this final sendoff. 💜 But this isn’t goodbye! Women’s parkour meetups will continue in the future at various locations, both indoor and outdoor. Stay connected for more opportunities to train and grow with the community!
