We are pleased to invite you to an evening of sips, sounds and ceremony to introduce you to the nonprofit Serenity Music Org and its inaugural initiative the WOMB Music Project.
The event will be held upstairs at oHHo in Bedford, sponsored by Nushama Wellness with a talk by WOMB Executive Producer Jacqueline Paolino and Music Director Lee Triffon with a listening session from the project and a special live performance from Kory Lafalce Farzam of Soham Healing.
What is The WOMB Music Project?
Womb trauma occurs on a mass scale, be it through sexual assault, abortion or pregnancy loss, infertility, the loss of a child (at any age), experiencing a traumatic birth, and so many other health complications. The WOMB is also a miraculous place of healing. It doesn’t just create children, but is the source of our artistic creativity, and a source of inner peace. Every human being on earth has spent time in the WOMB and therefore we all have a vested interest in advocating for its health.
WOMB is a musical project created by women and mothers to help each other heal and come together in the name of compassion. A diverse and talented group of artists and mothers will be releasing singles that tell their unique birth story through a sonic experience. WOMB combines the therapeutic frequencies, soulful vocals, and earth inspired sounds to support the journey of creation, transformation, motherhood and postpartum healing. The music is intended to be used in medical settings, healing ceremonies and psychedelic therapy for all who come from the WOMB.
This is a FREE event to the community, but whether or not you are able to attend, please consider contributing to our mission and this project on our website.
