Singburi is a "Simple, kitchen-like cafe serving Thai dishes at good prices, with bring-your-own drinks policy." This no frills place has quickly become one of the hottest tickets in town. They aren't open on Wednesdays, so we got a Friday booking. Kick off your bank holiday weekend in style. Expect dishes like - Moo Krob (Crispy pork belly w/ chilli and holy basil) - Roasted chilli southern curry w/ pork ribs and cashew nuts - Stir fry of Chicken, Prawn, Squid and Sator beans - Kua Kling Mutton (Dry fried minced mutton in curry paste) - Nam prik of salted duck egg yolk - Stir fried cabbage in Pork fat We are unable to cater for any dietary restrictions at this event due to the sharing nature of the menu.
