Noodle Nomads: A Pop Up Noodle Experience
We’ve been recipe testing this diligently for the past few months and are finally ready for you all to try this!
We’ve partnered with Commune in Clinton Hill and will be serving in their backyard where they have a truck. We have two days there, 11am - 4pm with a capacity of 50 people per day.
This will be unlike anything you’ve had before - blending South Asian and East Asian flavors in a way that’ll be totally new and refreshing!
PS. We are using the questionnaire to estimate how much of each soup to make and noodles to order so that we can minimize waste
