With Dream XI'AN, she's taking an elevated approach to showcasing cuisine from China's Shaanxi region. Chef Guirong has personally recommended the following dishes: - Salt-and-Pepper Spare Ribs - Xiaolong Bao - Xi’an Empress Dumplings (Chicken, Prawn, Carrot) - Boneless Chicken in Ginger Sauce - Xi’an Sliced Beef Salad - Xi'an Pulled Pork Burger - Traditional Xi'an Liangpi Noodles - Xi’an Biangbiang noodles - Spicy Smacked Cucumber Salad We will order this and more, share everything and split the bill on the day of the event!
