Join us for a hand roll pop-up with Chef Austin Yu recognized chef SushiBar with 17+ years of experience. Expect premium, made-to-order hand rolls ($12–$17 each), signature cocktails, and curated wines by Café Babu.

-Spanish Bluefin Tuna Tartare Japanese pickled radish, spring onion, toasted sesame seeds, aged soy sauce, and crispy rice pearls.
-Aged New Zealand Öra King Salmon Baked potato salt, black garlic emulsion, and togarashi.
-Japanese Hamachi
Radish sprouts and yuzu ponzu.
-Spanish Bluefin Toro
Aged tamari and chives.
