This powerful lunar energy invites us to quiet the mind, release what feels heavy, and open to new perspectives, fresh intentions, and deeper alignment. This collaborative offering is rooted in bringing sacred medicine to the community and creating an intentional space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember the healing power of rhythm, presence, and collective energy. We’ll begin with a copal limpia to energetically cleanse and uplift, followed by the option to receive sananga, a sacred Amazonian eye medicine known to support clarity, focus, and energetic release. From there, you’ll be guided into a drum meditation. An opportunity to ground into your body, soften the mind, and allow rhythm to become meditation. We will gently move into an intimate and powerful community drum circle, where drumming becomes a practice of expression, release, connection, and remembrance. No experience is needed. Whether you’re picking up a drum for the first time or bringing your own instrument, you are welcome here. Together, these offerings support emotional release, mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to yourself, to others, and to the intentions you’re ready to plant under this new moon.
