Let’s rest, connect & cuddle together! A cuddle puddle evening you don't want to miss.
Hosted by Goddex Sunflower & Brittnie D.
The intention for this event is to gather folks with the purpose of resting in each others arms (optional) + to heal collectively with the exchange of universal love.
This is a platonic event where we'll be having a candid discussion about consent and how that plays a huge role in our approach on intimacy.
• Consent Workshop
- We'll discuss boundaries, coping with rejection, and practicing saying no & yes. How to practice asking for what you desire, negotiation and expressing your touch needs.
• Cacao Ceremony
- Mixed with breath-work and a mindful meditation, this ancient ritual will help ground us and open our hearts before the cuddle session.
• Cuddle Puddle
- Touch is a basic need that supports our mental and sensual health and the truth is, we just don't get enough of it. We'll learn how to practice listening to our internal voice, expressing our needs and get the skills and insight on how to cope with rejection.
Let’s snuggle up together, or come and enjoy the vibes... OR come watch others snuggle up.
