Yoga Nidra (NSDR) is a state of consciousness in between wakefulness and sleep. “Yogic Sleep” is a completely passive practice promoting effortless relaxation.

Yoga Nidra
(Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditation practiced lying down or in a comfortable position. There’s no movement—just deep relaxation as I lead you through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization to calm your nervous system)
9:15-9:30-

What to Prepare:
-Journal
- Couch, bed, yoga mat or any comfortable surface to lie on
- Blanket or extra layers to stay warm
- Pillow or bolsters for support under your head and knees
-An eye mask or something to cover your eyes (optional but recommended)
We will gather in stillness together.
