The NYC FIlmmaker Community is excited to partner AGAIN with FESTIVAL OF CINEMA NYC to celebrate the filmmakers AND the launch of the festival. This event promises to be one of the largest networking mixers you'll attend this year.
Festival of Cinema NYC enters its 9th consecutive year and tickets are ON SALE NOW.

As part of a special presentation by Film Underground, the 2025 Festival of Cinema NYC is giving local filmmakers a chance to have their short film play at the 2025 film festival!
10 shorts films under 10 minutes will be chosen at random from a lottery drawing at the July 16th event!
The films will then be screened, on Monday August 4th BLOCK 13, as part of the 2025 Festival of Cinema. Without being pre-screened, audience attendees and the festival staff will be watching these films for the first time TOGETHER.

Festival of Cinema NYC runs from August 1-10 at the historic Regal UA Midway in Forest Hills, Queens.
This 10-day film festival will feature over 100 independent films from all over the world, including films by local filmmakers.

We will be starting at 7:00 again for a non-stop night of networking and fun!
