Curated by Chef Raphael Lunetta, these dishes are designed to pair beautifully with Veuve Clicquot, enhancing the dining experience with intentional flavor profiles. The menu includes: * Sunshine Royale Burger – Featuring Snake River Farms beef, late harvest peach and serrano chili chutney, and goat cheese * Sunset Sliders – Two options, including Snake River beef or Impossible beef with caramelized onions, aged white cheddar, and secret sauce
