About the Workshop:
In this workshop, we'll explore why your body might be struggling with certain foods, what the heck is up with all these different types of reactions (allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities), and how to become besties with your belly again.
We'll dish out practical tools, herbal helpers, and nutritional nuggets that'll help you navigate your plate with confidence. Plus, we'll dive into some pretty cool ways to show your immune system and gut some extra love (because they're the real MVPs here).
