Yayyy! next event coming up is blackout poetry in the Brookfield Place Mall :) this is right near the world trade center, so it's very train accessible!
You can join in any time between 1-3, and head out whenever you feel ready <3
I'll be sectioning off some common space tables and letting yall know where we're sitting day of before the event, and I'll have texts and sharpies for you to use if you don't want to print or bring your own!
for those that aren't familiar: blackout poetry is using an existing piece of text to select words from and black out the rest, revealing a poem in its wake!
come join us to make your very own blackout poetry, and maybe share with the group if you're feeling up to it :D
