10:30am Awe Walk - An Awe Walk is a mindful walking practice aimed at cultivating a deeper sense of wonder, appreciation, and amazement at the world around us. You're encouraged to slow down, observe your surroundings more closely, and open yourself up to the vastness, beauty, and intricacies of nature. The purpose is to break from the ordinary flow of daily life and to rekindle a sense of connection to something larger than oneself.
10:55am Acoustic Guitar Meditation - Before we turn around to return on the path in which we came, we'll gather in a tranquil spot under a beautiful oak tree where Mar Abajo Rio will musically guide us through a meditation session designed to relax the mind, rejuvenate the spirit, and deepen your connection to the present moment.
