You're encouraged to slow down, observe your surroundings more closely, and open yourself up to the vastness, beauty, and intricacies of nature. The purpose is to break from the ordinary flow of daily life and to rekindle a sense of connection to something larger than oneself. 10:55am Acoustic Guitar Meditation - Before we turn around to return on the path in which we came, we'll gather in a tranquil spot under a beautiful oak tree where Mar Abajo Rio will musically guide us through a meditation session designed to relax the mind, rejuvenate the spirit, and deepen your connection to the present moment. 11:35am Reflection Circle 12:05pm Connection Walk 12:30pm Drive to Lunch 12:45pm Group Lunch @ Matt's El Rancho 2:30pm Goodbyes :-) What to Bring: Comfortable hiking shoes Water bottle Light towel/blanket (to sit on) $$ for lunch Experience the magic of nature and music intertwined.
