July: Yoga in the Park #2

•‿•Come one, come all to yoga in the park 🌱 We’ll do a 60-min vinyasa and hatha-based flow.
Where to meet: In the upper part of the park, behind the Joan of Arc statue.
What to bring: A yoga mat and/or towel, hydrating beverage, and sunscreen/bug spray as needed (I’ll usually have these last items to share). And a friend - or two!
