Welcome! I'm so excited for you to join for an evening of ecstatic dance, meditation and guided journaling. This will be a chance to slow down and connect before the holidays. If you haven't been to an ecstatic dance before, here are some guidelines! *No talking on the dance floor *Please do not use your phone, so we can be fully present! *No shoes when dancing! #freethefoot (this is a movement I am trying to make happen) *No drugs or alcohol. This is a sober dance party :) *Always make sure you have someone's consent when dancing! Wear clothes you feel comfortable dancing and sweating in, a water bottle, and if you can please bring a notebook and pen!
