6:45 | Introduction & Call to Action/Remembrance
TBD | Moment of Silence, led by Per Sia, Stephen Torres, & our Elders
Followed by a March to Harvey Milk’s Camera Shop (Now Queer AF), where folks will be welcome to get tea, socialize, and connect.
The details:
We will honor Harvey Milk, George Moscone, & all who we’ve lost in this movement, as we come together to fight for a queerer, more diverse, trans, and inclusive San Francisco.
If you question whether or not this movement or this event is for you, we want you to be assured that it is. You are welcome, celebrated, & honored here.
This year, we are centering community members - not politicians - dedicated to fighting for our communities over the next 4 years.
We hope to create a space in which you can connect with folks and join (or become more involved) in our community!

More about the event:
We will remember Milk, Moscone, & all who have passed who were a part of Milk’s movement, and, honor them as they would want us to now: by remembering and FIGHTING to build a more inclusive movement.
Our movement is one that is committed to fighting - the police and military industrial complexes
- advocating for LGBTQ+ youth, especially trans youth who are facing relentless attacks
- Immigrant rights, housing rights, and reproductive rights.
For decades we have been fighting for the “us’s” and doing so during these next 4 years will be as important as ever.
If you care about our radical history and those we’ve lost in our fight to empower for queer and vulnerable communities, the working class, & radical change-makers in San Francisco, join us!
