Milk & Moscone Vigil - this Wed, Nov 27th

Join us for the 46th Annual Vigil in honor of Harvey Milk & George Moscone. As Milk said, “I Am All of Us” & this event is about and FOR all of US. 6:30 (possibly earlier): Music & Gathering 6:45 | Introduction & Call to Action/Remembrance TBD | Moment of Silence, led by Per Sia, Stephen Torres, & our Elders Followed by a March to Harvey Milk’s Camera Shop (Now Queer AF), where folks will be welcome to get tea, socialize, and connect. The details: We will honor Harvey Milk, George Moscone, & all who we’ve lost in this movement, as we come together to fight for a queerer, more diverse, trans, and inclusive San Francisco. Our movement is one that is committed to fighting - the police and military industrial complexes - advocating for LGBTQ+ youth, especially trans youth who are facing relentless attacks - Immigrant rights, housing rights, and reproductive rights. For decades we have been fighting for the “us’s” and doing so during these next 4 years will be as important as ever.
